The Savannah Way August 5

Of course Lloyds first job when we stopped for the night was to fit the CB. His toolbox had already had some use but this meant the soldering iron and all was used, of course it was expertly fitted in no time. We had a good night in a rest area on the side of the Savannah highway with about 10 other caravans. The free camping here is wonderful and we have no trouble finding dump sites and water.

I however was much more interested in the wild life, or animals around and had to photograph these handsome fellows.

These are Drought master cattle developed to with stand the heat and drought conditions.
