Kings Canyon Part 2

The varied rocks around the canyon

The walk around the rim was amazing. It was really varied and the views down into the canyon and the surrounding area was for miles as it was a clear blue sky day. We were very pleased as we managed to finish in 2 and half hours and by then it was 35deg. We hurried back to the camp site for a quick swim,shower and left as we didn't really need to stay another night.

About halfway round is the Garden of Eden which is in a gorge  and has very lush green plants and trees growing as well as a large water hole.
