| Lloyd in the snow |
It was a lovely sunny day when we set off and I can say We loved every part of it. Again we did not expect so much snow.
I think it is the nearest I will get to feeling like a mountain climber. The views were to die for and much of the trail was in snow.
There are 2 lakes, Mirror lake is about 3/4 of the way up and there is this tea house at the top at Lake Agnes. We had soup and coffee but they had about 20 varieties of tea.
Again we took heaps of photos. The trip down was actually harder as you were often walking on ice much of the time. The walking sticks Lloyd had found on Vancouver Is were great as you needed them on the descent.
