Banff Day 2

Our aim today was to visit the cave and basin Historic Site which was where the national parks in Canada started and then to travel to Lake Louise.
This site only opened in 2011 and is very well done. it includes the original cave and pool of the first hot spring and a large interactive display area.
We then went and enjoyed a leisurely lunch at a nice restaurant but the problem was we sat in the sun and became very sleepy. Still it was time to move on, the drive to Lake Louise is only 1 hour.
