We had a wonderful 2-3 hrs been taken around the area and they even took lloyd to buy a fly fishing rod which was great. they local area is very picturesque with lots of rivers and bush/camping areas.
We came back and spent a few hours sorting out the Navman maps for Canada so now we were set with a larger GPS than the phone which had lost coverage a few times.
We decided to stay the night here again and enjoyed gaining the local knowledge and figuring out what to visit next.

So Jealous!! Sounds like an amazing start and as always it's the people you meet that makes all the difference when travelling. Camper looks great - glad you supersized it and got a big one.
ReplyDeleteLove the color (sp) of the BBQ. Summer seems to keep on going here - beautiful day on the island today and off to Cable Bay tonight. Loving the blog - keep it up
We've just caught up on your last posts - how interesting and exciting. The camper looks very comfortable. We were really interested to read about Vancouver - great ideas for us! So glad that you've met such helpful people - it certainly adds to the joy of travelling.
