We had another early start and left the caravan and drove to Tjaynera Falls which was a 4wd track and then a 2km walk to the falls. They were very picturesque and best of all only 2 other people there. the water was so clear for swimming and well needed as we were very hot.
I was quite worried about travelling up here in the Northern Territory in this heat and not being able to swim in the rivers and sea, but there are plenty of spots so far that the authorities keep safe for tourists to cool down.
